Fully-equipped demolition trailer
VLZS is the only contractor with a special demolition trailer. This trailer, which we developed ourselves, has everything you need to completely demolish a retail or commercial space in a short time. It contains all the machines and tools required to perform this task quickly and professionally without impeding third parties. We use the trailer, for example, to empty retail premises. VLZS can demolish a complete supermarket shell in 16 hours. The store is emptied of goods, the utilities are cut off and the construction power supply is switched on. It couldn't be easier.
Dust-free demolition
All of VLZS’s demolition work is dust-free. Particulate matter is bad for human health. So we opt for particulate-free demolition because particulate matter is carcinogenic and we don’t want our personnel, our customers or the customers of our customers to come in contact with it. We take exposure readings, use state-of-the-art filters on dust extractors that can block particulate matter, install nebulisers in the workplaces, work with tools with dust extractors at the source and provide respiratory protection in case of direct contact.
Removal and remediation of asbestos
This involves certified asbestos removal from buildings, other structures and maritime projects. For asbestos removal in buildings, structures, soil and anywhere there is asbestos, VLZS is exactly the partner you need. We realise every tasks connected to asbestos removal. The six different types of asbestos can be divided into two main groups: the amphibole group and the serpentine group. All asbestos types require their own specific approach. The most common are white, brown and blue asbestos. The removal of asbestos is governed by strict laws and regulations. Thanks to VLZS’s extensive certification and years of experience, you can leave all asbestos-related activities in our capable hands. We recognise the different types, draw up an action plan and dispose of the asbestos safely and with a disposal guarantee.
Rental of temporary storage
You can also contact us if you need storage and/or business space for temporary or permanent solutions. We can offer you a selection of spaces from 50m2 to 2500m2. These spaces can be furnished and rented out according to your requirements. Feel free to contact us for more information.
Calamity department
Our Calamity department is always ready to take immediate action – for examples, to fight an asbestos fire or assist the Municipality, the police and the fire brigade with environmental emergencies. But we are also there for our customers in case of storm and water damage that requires immediate assistance: 24/7, every working day.
