Risks always need to be kept to the minimum. Risk management is therefore an integral part of our systematic approach. We discuss all the risks step-by-step with our customers, such as risks in relation to calamities, time constraints, personnel deployment, pollution and so on.
VLZS is fully certified for all the types of work that we perform. All of the work in our two divisions – demolition work and asbestos remediation – takes place in accordance with the statutory regulations of the Dutch government.
The emergence of stronger and bigger equipment means that demolition methods have changed over the years. But the principle is still the same.
Sustainability is important to us and we always act with this in mind. There is no underlying legislation for sustainable demolition. VLZS is certified through SVMS-007. On that basis, sustainable demolition is now embedded in our organisation.
